Real estate with a greater purpose.

We work alongside nonprofits to help create safe, stable housing for people rebuilding their lives.

Primary Purpose Partners LLC — Property, People, Prosperity

Our primary purpose

A house can be the beginning of hope.

Primary Purpose Partners was founded on a simple belief: safe housing is more than a roof and four walls. It is the foundation from which people can heal, regain stability, reconnect with family, and move forward with dignity.

We collaborate with mission-driven nonprofit organizations that understand the people they serve. Our role is to help support the real estate side of that mission—bringing a thoughtful, long-term approach to properties that can become safe and supportive homes.

Who we support

Housing that meets people where they are.

Our focus is on the areas where stable housing can change the course of a life.

01

Recovery & Sober Living

Safe, structured homes that support sobriety, accountability, community, and a lasting path to recovery.

02

Veterans Housing

Dignified housing for those who served, designed to support stability, connection, and the transition forward.

03

Domestic Violence & Family Shelter

Secure spaces where individuals and families can step away from crisis and begin rebuilding with safety and support.

04

Homeless Services & PSH

Housing partnerships that support permanent supportive housing and help people move from homelessness toward lasting stability.

Rooted in family. Led by purpose.

Why we started

Primary Purpose Partners began with experiences that touched our own family and changed the way we see the meaning of home. We know that hardship can affect an entire family—and that healing often begins when someone finally has a safe place, steady support, and people who refuse to give up on them.

We started this company because we believe real estate can serve a deeper purpose. It can create the setting for recovery, protect a family in crisis, honor a veteran, or give someone experiencing homelessness a true chance to begin again.

For us, this work is personal. We want to use what we have learned, the relationships we have built, and the opportunities before us to support nonprofits already doing meaningful work across Long Island.

“We cannot solve every hardship, but we can help create the place where healing and stability become possible.”

— Charlie & Nicole King
